What is the appropriate attire for the Masquerade Gala?
Everyone in attendance is strongly recommended to wear a mask. This is a masquerade gala, after all! Attire is semi-formal.
Do you need volunteers?
Yes we do! We are seeking volunteers for multiple positions during the event.

Will dinner be served?
Yes, we will have a seated dinner along with light appetizers. Meal choices are chicken, fish, or vegetarian. This is included in the price of your ticket.
Is there assigned seating?
When you check in, you will be assigned a table number. Numbers will be posted in the center of each table. If you are part of a group who reserved an entire table while purchasing tickets, you will be given your group's table number.
Are drinks provided?
Your ticket includes one alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage when you check in. For additional beverages, our venue is offering a no-host/cash bar.
What events will take place during the gala?
We will host Heads and Tails, a Dessert Dash, photo booth, silent auction, and a live auction.
Do I need to bring cash?
Nope! When you check in, we will gather your credit card information and save it for a total charge at the end of the evening. We will not save your credit card information after the event is over. Charges can include Dessert Dash bids, auction wins, and Heads and Tails bead purchases. The bar will charge you separately, and does accept credit cards.
Did the ticket price increase?
Since this is our very first gala, we have had to reassess the cost of the venue, meal offerings, etc. $65 is our new price and will allow us to cover our costs and provide more funds to our fundraising effort. We apologize for any confusion communicated earlier.
